Recipe: Raspberry Pretzel Jello Salad

A delicious recipe for homemade raspberry pretzel jello salad

  • For pretzel layer-
  • Crushed pretzels
  • Sugar
  • Melted butter
  • For jello-
  • 1 package of raspberry jello
  • 2 and a half cups boiling water
  • 1 package of frozen raspberries
  • For filling-
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz thawed cool whip
  • 1 cup of sugar


  • For pretzel layer-
  • Crush the pretzels and add everything else.
  • Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  • For filling-
  • Mix everything together. Make sure cool whip is thawed.
  • Layer on top of the pretzel base.
  • For jello-
  • Mix jello into the boiling water.
  • Pour in frozen raspberries and let them set in the hot water until they are melty.
  • Let the jello mix sit until it is firm but NOT all the way set.
  • Pour it on top of the other two layers.
  • Refrigerate everything until it is all set, then enjoy!
