For pretzel layer-
Crush the pretzels and add everything else.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
For filling-
Mix everything together. Make sure cool whip is thawed.
Layer on top of the pretzel base.
For jello-
Mix jello into the boiling water.
Pour in frozen raspberries and let them set in the hot water until they are melty.
Let the jello mix sit until it is firm but NOT all the way set.
Pour it on top of the other two layers.
Refrigerate everything until it is all set, then enjoy!
