  • Beans of your choice.
  • 3 cans of diced tomatoes
  • Celery
  • 1 onion
  • Ground beef optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chili powder to taste
  • 1 tbl sugar
  • Cheese and sour cream optional


  • Brown your ground beef and halfway through add the chopped up onion.
  • Dump the meat in a pot along with all other ingredients.
  • After everything is in the pot, give it a good stir.
  • Let it simmer over low heat until everything is nice and hot for about 20 minutes.
  • Add cheese or sour cream if you so desire.
