Recipe: Banana Peanut Butter Cupcakes
Peanut Butter Banana Cupcakes

- Cupcake ingredients-
- 2 eggs
- 2 and a half cups flour
- 1 and a half cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Half tsp salt
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 3/4 cup milk
- half cup shortening
- 2 tsp vanilla
- For peanut butter frosting-
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
For cupcakes-
Simply dump all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
Line your cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
Fill the cupcake liners with batter more than half way full.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for around 20 minutes but be sure to watch them as oven times vary.
Take them out of the oven and cool completely.
For frosting-
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Frost your cupcakes!
