Monster Cookies

Monster Cookies aren’t new but they are delicious. It’s a peanut butter and oatmeal based cookie chock full of M&Ms and chocolate chunks. What’s not good about that, right? I make my monster cookies a little different than others. It’s just a different combination of ingredients and while some people don’t use flour in their Monster Cookies, I do. I also put just a bit of corn syrup which is like a secret ingredient.

My kids love these cookies because they have chocolate candy in them and I love them because if you eat them warm with a scoop of ice cream, they taste like a combination of a cookie and a oatmeal cobbler. They are just fantastic.

Normally, Monster Cookies are huge (hence the name!), but don’t worry, you can still make smaller, bite-sized ones. If you are looking to make some cookies but just can’t decide if you want make peanut butter, oatmeal or chocolate chip cookies, just have it all with a Monster Cookie.
